Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a UVelsi account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the security of your login, and all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to use UVelsi lawfully and respectfully, and not to impersonate others, harass members, or disrupt the platform.

Listings must be accurate, authentic, and lawful. Counterfeit goods, prohibited items, and misleading descriptions are not allowed and may result in removal and account action.

Buyers agree to pay for items they purchase; sellers agree to ship accurately described items promptly and to honour their stated policies.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilment, accurate inventory, fair pricing, and timely communication. Repeated cancellations, late shipments, or policy violations may affect your seller standing and visibility.

Designers offering commissions or made-to-order pieces must clearly state timelines, revisions, and deliverables. Work must be original or properly licensed, and client communication should remain professional throughout the project.

Models set their own rates, availability, and booking terms. Bookings are agreements between the model and the client; both parties agree to honour the confirmed scope, schedule, and payment terms.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Fees, payout schedules, and refund eligibility are described at checkout and in your dashboard.

UVelsi may hold funds where required to protect buyers and sellers, for example during dispute resolution.

You retain ownership of content you post, and grant UVelsi a licence to display and distribute it within the platform. Content must follow our Community Guidelines — no hate, harassment, explicit material, or infringement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other members, or pose a risk to the platform. Where appropriate, you may appeal a decision through our Report & Appeals Center.
